I’d wish to express my deepest gratitude to the company Medigerman. It was such a pleasure to feel their earnest concern for our problem. My mother had a very serious gynecological condition: she was denied a surgery in Russia, or in other cases, doctors did not guarantee any success as a result of one. We were lucky to cross our paths with Medigerman. It was only 3 weeks between the surgery had got approved and we actually flew for a treatment. We were personally attended and escorted to the hospital. With such a friendly treatment and disposition we felt like we were a family! The doctor was extremely kind and supportive to my mom who had already almost lost her faith. The whole situation generally produced an impression of a smooth and well-coordinated procedure, which was quite reassuring. Maybe this is what German quality means! J It has been now 6 months since the surgery. Mom’s tests show very good results and she feels just wonderful. Thank you!

I owe my most sincere respect to the specialists of Medigerman and German doctors. My 9-month-old daughter fell sick. Back at home we were sent round multiple doctors and underwent numerous expensive diagnostic procedures – all in all, the child was treated as a lab rat. However, things were only turning for worse. And then, we’d found Medigerman on the internet. We decided to use their services, because the company provided us with clear counselling and explanation for every inquiry that we made. In only 3 days all tests were ready and the kid got examined by highly qualified German medical professionals. She was diagnosed with a genetic disorder. Of course, I panicked at first! However, the girl received an effective treatment, and the day after she literally beamed. We are already home, our daughter feels well. Additionally, I always keep our German doctor’s phone number in my notebook, in case we need him again.

Many thanks to Medigerman for their expertise and cordial attitude. I took my wife for a heart surgery. Certainly, I had my doubts – one can never be 100 % trustful of a commercial. And I do believe that good as well as bad doctors can live everywhere – be it Russia or Germany. But there was no other option for me: apart from heart problems, my wife had other issues, too. And there was no way our doctors would operate. The reply to our inquiry, which we received from Medigerman, was so full and exhaustive that we decided to turn to them. The surgeon who tended to us had even rescheduled some of his other surgeries to examine our problem thoroughly. The surgery lasted 6 hours, then 24 more hours were needed to closely follow my wife’s condition while she was still in the resuscitation ward. Naturally, it is still early to talk about any drastic positive changes, but my wife is now doing fine. Thanks to our surgeon and Medigerman.

I went to Germany because of the retinal detachment disease in order to undergo keratoplasty. Many thanks to the company and specifically Madigerman and especially Katusha, the manager. They took care of all of the paperwork – what would I do without them! And in Germany, I was not alone – there is always someone by my side. So I was calm. And now I can see – how great it feels!
